World Mental Health Week

This week we’ve been focusing on World Mental Health Week, exploring how we can care for our minds and hearts. We were delighted to welcome Dr Emily Hards (Harry’s mummy from White Horse Class), who helped us reflect on our unique strengths through the theme “I am, I have, I can.” She encouraged us to practise courage, compassion and connection - key ingredients for a full and healthy life. We reminded ourselves that good mental health doesn’t just happen; it’s something we build on daily through small, positive habits. Our children engaged with real thoughtfulness, showing maturity and empathy in their reflections and discussions. It was inspiring to see how confidently they shared their ideas and supported one another.  We love welcoming parents into school to share their expertise and insight — it enriches our curriculum, inspires our children, and strengthens our school community. Thank you Dr Emily! More details about our wellbeing strategy can be found here:  https://www.holy-trinity.co.uk/Wellbeing/
