Flowers and messages from Holy Trinity 

Flowers and messages were hand delivered to Green Park, London for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth, from White Horse Class.

In school through collective worship and class PSHE we are sensitively and compassionately supporting our school community through the historical events that have been unfolding. Together we are remembering different aspects of Her Majesty The Queen's long life with the chance to pause and reflect on what a life well-lived means for each one of us today. We are also remembering with joy our recent Platinum Jubilee celebrations, Queens Green Canopy tree planting initiative and the whole school art and design projects, as well as sharing memories of a truly remarkable Monarch.

There will be many words used in these days. One of them is passing – the passing of The Queen in death, and the passing of the crown to our new King. That sense of handing on is true not just for our new Monarch, but also the handing on of this great life of service in humility and hope. Hers was a life driven by duty and sustained by faith.
